When do you need a rush visa to Vietnam?

Many visitors just realize that they need a visa prior to entering Vietnam only when they get stuck at the airport. In this case, there is not many options given our visitors: they can either change the flight or apply for rush Vietnam service.

How fast it can be done?

We will be able to get your visa approved in just a few hours, here are the details:

• Morning request: If you get everything done by 8.00 AM Vietnam time, we will send you the letter by 12.00 PM (4 hours processing) or 10.00 AM (2 hours processing)
• Noon request: If everything is done (application and payment) is done before 1.00 PM Vietnam time, the approval letter will be delivered by 5.00 PM (4 hours processing) or 3.00 PM (2 hours processing).

What if my flight is on Saturday and Sunday?

In order to get visa to Vietnam on Saturday and Sunday, you will have to take so much effort, worries and money because Vietnam Immigration Department is closed at weekend (see more Vietnam Immigration Office opening hours) so that we have to mobilize whole Vietnam Immigration Department team working overtime to arrange your visa. And hence, the service fee is more expensive.

• If you complete the visa application before 8:00 AM GMT+7 Saturday or Sunday, we will send you the letter by 11:00 PM at noon Vietnam time on the same day;
• If you complete the visa application before 1:00 PM GMT+7 Saturday or Sunday, we will complete the visa approval letter by 4:00 - 5:00 PM on the same day;
• The processing fee for overtime service is US$ 167  per 1 month single entry visa (exclude the stamping fee US$ 25 you will pay in cash at immigration counter at arrival airport).

How much does it cost for urgent processing in working days

• For 8 hours service or same day service (the request sent before 8:00 AM GMT+7), the processing fee is US$ 22 per 1 month single entry visa ($10 added up to normal rates);
• For 4 hours service (request sent from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT+7 on working days, NOT weekend or public holidays), it costs US$ 32 per 1 month single entry visa (US$ 20 is added up to normal rates);
• For 2 hours service (request sent from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT+7 on working days, NOT weekend or public holidays), it costs US$ 77 (US$ 65 added up to normal rates)

Can it be guaranteed?

In most cases, there is NO problem with rush visa processing and you will get the approval letter in the ordered service time, however it CANNOT be guaranteed. in case your application is declined by the Immigration Department, we will REFUND the whole amount paid.
